Pre-Course:
Matching student skill-sets with the proper course to achieve their training objectives
Providing an atmosphere conducive to learning with modern facilities, small class sizes and dedicated systems for each student.
Providing hardware that meets or exceeds course requirements
Proper setup and inspection of hardware/software
During Course:
Friendly environment with daily interaction with education consultants, enabling students to give feedback
Mid-week evaluations: CTE Solutions has developed a quick evaluation form to gauge student�s impressions of course progress. This gives the student an opportunity to provide feedback before the course ends and an opportunity for us to rectify any problems
Post-Course:
End of week evaluation- this is a thorough evaluation of the course allowing students to provide their full opinion of the course. These evaluations are reviewed carefully and judged against our high benchmark for standards. Courses not meeting the proper criteria are carefully scrutinized to ensure that there are no repeat problems. Everyone at CTE Solutions is responsible for quality assurance
CTE Solutions follows up with any course that doesn�t meet clients� standards to discuss the issue and determine a beneficial solution for the client
