Description: Ceramic Foam Filter is developed as a new type molten metal filter to decrease casting flaw in recent years, designed for filtering impurities from liquid metals. With the distributing pores net structure, they are able to increase the surface areas, absorb the sinter, the liquid metal becomes more pure, waster quality problems such as sand pore and air pore are much less, and the cast quality becomes much better.
JINTAI ceramic foam filter:
Material including Al2O3, SiC, ZrO2.
Shape in square, round, cylinder.
Pore size: 8~60PPI
Special size is available upon request.
